C1900 Victorian.
I love these whimsical bisque vases, possibly french but as theyr'e unmarked can't say for certain. The painting is exquisite and for the pair to have managed to get through a victorian kiln and survive unscathed is pretty remarkable.
Measures 22cms tall.
