We ship using New Zealand Post.

You can select from a range of shipping methods and it is your responsibility to select the method that best suits your needs:

We offer the following shipping methods domestically:

ParcelPost Tracked
- Delivery Target: Up to 3 working days
- With ParcelPost tracked, we record when we receive and deliver your parcel. You can send parcels worth up to $250 using this service.

Courier
- Delivery Target: Next working day
- Use our courier service to get your parcel there faster. Includes tracking confirming when we receive and deliver your parcel. Compensation of up to $2,000 available in the unlikely event your parcel is lost or damaged.

We offer the following shipping methods internationally:

International Air Parcel
- Delivery Target: 3 - 10 working days
- Prompt worldwide letter and parcel service to over 220 destinations
- Delivery to PO Boxes and rural areas for no additional cost
- Standard compensation cover for loss or damage is up to NZ$2,000.

International Courier
- Delivery Target: 2 - 6 working days
- Online tracking by key events and signature on delivery
- Ideal when cost is more important than speed:
- Delivery to door service
- Delivery to rural areas at no additional cost in most countries and PO Box delivery available (selected destinations only)

Please note: we will ship your items within 48 hours of purchase and will of course package your item(s) appropriately for safe transit.
